Pingcheng joined the Vision and System Design Lab in 2022. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Electronic and Computer Engineering Department of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and AI Chip Center for Emerging Smart Systems, under the supervision of Prof. Kwang-Ting CHENG. He obtained his BEng degree in Microelectronic Science and Engineering from Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). His research realms focus on hardware-aware model compression, AI chip, and 3D vision accelerator.
