Xihao joined Vision and System Design Lab in 2022, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree supervised by Prof. Chi Ying Tsui and Prof. Tim Cheng. He received his master’s degree in Integrated circuit Design Engineering at HKUST, and bachelor's degree at North University of China (NUC). His current research interests include compute-in-memory, memristor, and AI hardware accelerator.
