Yu joined the Vision and System Design Lab in 2022. He is currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, the Hong Kong Universiy of Science and Technology (HKUST), under the supervision of Prof. Tim Cheng and Prof. Hao Chen. He obtained his BEng degree with honors in Electronic and Information Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2022. His current research focus on medical image analysis and computer vision.
